Your service records stay on your device.

NailMargin is operated by ORBIS. This policy explains what the app and this website process, where information is stored, and how to contact us.

NailMargin has no account, backend, advertising, analytics SDK, or cloud sync. The website uses no visitor analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies.

1. Information processed by the app

NailMargin processes the service recipes, material names and quantities, prices, durations, target hourly returns, completed-session adjustments, and notes that you enter. It calculates material cost, return after materials, actual hourly return, and a target-price result from those values.

The app does not ask for client identities, contacts, photos, calendars, location, health information, payment cards, or account credentials.

2. Storage and transfer

  • Business records and calculation results are stored in the app's local storage on your device.
  • ORBIS does not operate a server that receives these records and does not send them to an external AI service.
  • You control an explicit CSV copy action. After copying, the destination app or service you choose applies its own privacy terms.

3. Apple purchases

If you use NailMargin Pro, Apple processes the purchase and payment information. NailMargin asks StoreKit for product information and a verified current entitlement; ORBIS does not receive or store your payment-card details.

4. Retention, deletion, and choices

  • Local records remain until you delete them in the app or remove the app's data from your device.
  • Ending Pro does not delete or hide existing services and sessions.
  • You can decline to send a support email. If you contact us, we use the address and message only to handle the request and related follow-up, then retain it only as reasonably necessary for that purpose or legal obligations.
